The Mike Cottrell School of Business of NGCSU builds tomorrow's business leaders. The mission of the North Georgia College & State University's Mike Cottrell School of Business is to provide a quality undergraduate education in accounting, finance, management or marketing and to prepare graduates to be leaders in their respective careers and communities. The learning and development of leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are integrated throughout the business curriculum. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree builds a solid foundation for graduate studies and professional positions. In Fall 2008 the School of Business will broaden its mission to include graduate education. The first cohort of students in a new MBA (Master of Business Administration) program will start classes in Forsyth County in August 2008. To be tomorrow's leaders students must be learning today and forevermore. Qualified and dedicated faculty inspire knowledge development through a variety of teaching styles, classroom environments, and research. Students are challenged to think critically, analyze, evaluate and communicate effectively. Students are known individually by the business faculty. There is genuine, sincere interest in the success of our students. We offer the additional personalized component to the naturally interesting and challenging business environment.
